What if I can't remember my password?

You can reset your password by clicking the "Password Reset" link on the Login Page. You will be prompted to enter your User Name, then you will answer your security question. After clicking "Submit," an email will be sent to the email address associated with your account with a new password. Once you log in with that new password, you can change your password under "Account Profile."

What if I can't remember my User Name?

You can recover your User Name by clicking the "Recover Your User Name" link on the Login Page. You will be prompted to enter the email address associated with your account. After clicking "Submit," an email will be sent with your User Name.

How do I confirm my account?

After completing the form on the "Join Now" page, you will receive an "Account Confirmation" email from noreply@flowauto.com. Open the email and click the link provided in order to confirm and complete your Flow Referral account.

I created an account but never received a confirmation email? What do I do?

First, check your spam folder to ensure that the email did not end up there. If you do not see it, please add "noreply@flowauto.com" to your Contacts or Address Book. You can then resend the confirmation email by visiting the Login Page and clicking the link "Click here to resend the account confirmation email."

Why am I locked out of my account?

If you have tried to log in to your account unsuccessfully 5 times, your account will lock. Please use the "Contact Us" link in the footer of this website to contact technical support about unlocking your account.

How do I update my profile?

Once you have successfully logged in to your account, click the "Account Profile" header. From this page, you can update your personal information or change your password or email address.

How can I share my PIN?

It's easy! Once you have logged in to your account, you'll see at the bottom of the "Overview" page three buttons: one to email your PIN to friends and family, one to share your PIN with your Facebook friends, and one to print your PIN and give to your friends and family.

How does the program work?

First, register for an account on FlowReferral.com to receive your unique PIN. Share that PIN with friends and family. When a friend or family member is ready to purchase a vehicle, have them bring your PIN to the dealership and present it to their Flow Certified Sales Specialist. Once they have purchased a vehicle, our team will enter your PIN into our database. You will receive an email notification confirming the referral and letting you know that we are processing your $75 check. Your friend or family member will also receive an email with a $75 coupon toward service or accessories. Your check will be mailed to you within 5-10 business days.

My friend bought a car from Flow and gave their Sales Specialist my PIN. Why haven't I received my check?

First, as soon as your referral is inputted into our system, you will receive an email alerting you that we have received the referral and will soon process your check. If you have not received that email but know your friend gave your PIN to their Sales Specialist, check your spam folder. If you still do not see the email, please use the "Contact Us" form to let us know about your situation, and we will look into it for you.

How long until I receive my check?

You should receive your check in the mail within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that once we put your check in the mail, we cannot control how long it will take for the post office to deliver it to you.

My friend bought a car in the past but I didn't provide him a code. Does that still count as a referral?

No. In order for it to count as a referral, your friend or family member must present your PIN at the time of sale.
